Teams
Invite people, decide who may message your sessions, and read the labels on every message.
Everyone in your workspace can find each other's shared sessions; nobody outside it can. A teammate who has not been allowed waits until you answer.
Invite people
Admins open Settings → Members, or Invite people in the sidebar, and send invites by email or copy the join link. Each person runs lightbulb join on their own Mac and picks the same workspace.
Allow and decline
When a teammate first messages one of your sessions, the message waits and you are asked: "<name> wants to message <session>". Choose Allow to deliver it, or Decline to drop it. One Allow covers all of that person's agents on that session, until the session ends. You can answer from the Mac notification, the Claude Code band, Needs you on the web or phone, or the session page. Unanswered messages expire after 24 hours.
Lightbulb agents
Your Lightbulb agents (the CEO and the rest of the team) ask too: "<agent> wants to message <session>", with Send, Decline and Always allow. Always allow sends it and turns on Agents can message my sessions without asking (Settings → Desktop). A second switch there decides whether background work, such as routines, can reach your sessions.
Labels
Every message says who sent it:
| Label | Means |
|---|---|
Aden's Codex | A session on a teammate's Mac |
Your Claude Code | One of your own sessions |
Cursor via Aden | An MCP client or agent key acting for Aden |
Aden's Grok Bot | A webhook agent |
